What is an eBook?
An eBook is a digital copy of a book. Our collection consists of copyright-free, public domain books, many written by the best authors of all time. There are no pictures, plates, lithographs, or diagrams in any of the eBooks. It's just simple text that can be read anywhere. (Also called ASCII text).
Which authors/books do you have?
Select from the works of Mark Twain, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Alexandre Dumas, Herman Melville, Jonathan Swift, Jane Austen, Jules Verne, H.G. Wells, Arthur Conan Doyle, Walt Whitman, Louisa May Alcott, Shakespeare, Cicero, Aesop, John Keats, Sir Thomas More, H. Rider Haggard, George Macdonald, Rudyard Kipling, Captain Cook, Henry James, Washington Irving, Sir Walter Scott, James Fennimore Cooper, Disraeli, Goethe, James Joyce, Alfred Lord Tennyson, Daniel Defoe, Upton Sinclair, William Makepeace Thackeray, and hundreds of others. Even the complete King James Bible is in our collection!
Are they abridged versions?
Very, very few. If so it will be noted as such at the beginning of the eBook (which you can check for free by viewing the excerpt.)
What's the best way to view an eBook?
Any word processor or text editor in the world can view them. Even Palm Pilots and other PDA's can read them, easy! They are formatted simply, but not pretty, but of course in a word processor you can change the font size, style, etc. There are also lots of eBook reader software packages out there ... some for sale, some shareware or trialware. They make reading a book online a pleasure. We use a very pretty package called 'Bookshelf TR'. It's cool.
You can get it at:

How much is an eBook?
The current price is $2.00 per eBook. There is no shipping or handling charge because this is a digital copy which you can immediately download off our site.
How do I buy an eBook?
When you are at the list of eBooks, just click 'Buy' to add to shopping cart.
To continue shopping click "Back to shop" or press "Back" on your Internet browser. To check out click on "Go To Payment". We will e-mail you a download link as soon as we are notified of your payment. If you pay by check or money order, we will email download instructions when we receive payment.
Must I separately purchase multiple volumes of the same publication?
For larger books, the title may indicate V1, V2 etc to indicate that the eBook originally was published separately as Volume One, Volume Two, etc. That individual volume will show as one eBook, so yes, you must buy them separately. Sometimes we have combined smaller works of separate volumes into a complete eBook, and are selling it as one eBook. (A good buy). If the Title doesnt indicate V1, V2, Vol 5, etc you should consider it the complete works of that one publication.
Where do I start?
At the top of this screen or right here select either Sort by Title, or Sort by Author.
Happy Reading.
